When your confirmation is received, the details must be checked carefully. If anything is not correct, please tell us immediately.   Payment of balance :   The balance of the payment is due at least eight weeks prior to the holiday booking start date, or immediately if the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday booking start date. All payments are non-refundable.   Insurance:   We require that you possess adequate travel insurance for the dates you have reserved.   Cancellation and refund policy:   If balance of payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you cancel your reservation after final payment has been made, as a service to you we will try to relet the relevant periods, and if we relet we will reimburse you a maximum of 75% of the total price of the holiday. There is no guarantee that we will be able to relet any period. All payments are nonrefundable, except in the case of our not being able to provide the villa you have reserved. Refunds may be offered at our discretion on a case by case basis.   Client's responsibilities and security deposit :   The security deposit must be received at least three weeks before you are due to arrive at the property. The amount of the security deposit is clearly stated on your booking form, and may vary with the size of the property and by agreement with the property owner. Once we have received your security deposit payment, we will issue your driving instructions and maps. You are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition for the next guest and failure to do so will result in extra charges. We expressly reserve the right to cash your security deposit cheque and to make a retention from the security deposit to pay for any breakages, damage or unpaid services incurred concerning the property or its contents. We undertake to return this deposit, minus any retention, within three weeks of your departure. Please note that we may require written authority from the property owners or their agent before we can release any deposits.   Booking period :   The property will be available from 4 p.m on the date that the booking commences, and we ask that you contact us or the owner if you will be arriving later than 6 p.m. Early arrivals by special arrangement only. The property must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Later departures by special arrangement only.   Conditions of use :   The use of the accommodation, equipment and any other amenities on site is entirely at the hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for any loss, injury or damage to the users' or other visitor's person or belongings, including cars. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons (including children) as stated in the property description occupy a property, except by prior written agreement with us. Failure to observe this condition is deemed to constitute a cancellation of the booking by the client and Hammond Villas and property owners reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate the booking.   Information :   Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that our information is accurate, and is made in good faith, representations made in it and any other advertising will create no liability on the part of the owners or Hammond Villas. Prices may from time to time vary slightly from published prices.   Claims:   Please note that we are available to assist you during your stay. You will be furnished with contact details of the agent who is responsible for the villa you have reserved with us, and we invite you to contact the agent immediately if you have any questions or concerns regarding the property. No claim will be accepted after completion of your holiday with us, if you have not contacted the agent during your stay regarding the issue in question.   Financial Protection for your holiday.   Thanks to our membership in the TRAVEL TRUST ASSOCIATION, all bookings now benefit automatically from the Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan, and from their comprehensive travel insurance plan if you wish to purchase it. This means that all payments received from you are deposited into a special account from which the funds are released only once your holiday has been completed.
